Guidlines and Eligibility
All campers must be New Hampshire residents, and meet the following guidelines, to become eligible for the summer program sessions.

Note: "INCOME" - Means Income Before Deductions, such as income taxes, employees' Social Security taxes, insurance premiums, bonds, etc. This would include wages, welfare payments, ADC, Social Security, etc.

Camper Eligibility for Programs:
Regular Camper Program -
AGE:
Child must be nine (9) to sixteen (16) years in age.
INCOME ELIGIBLE:
Children must be less privileged and/or deprived of the recreational advantages that most children enjoy. HOUSEHOLD INCOME - NOT FAMILY must fall at or below the income levels listed within. This means that a mother on welfare, and living with relatives or a friend, whose combined income is higher than allowed is NOT ELIGIBLE.
ELIGIBLE:
New Hampshire children are eligible to participate. Children must be physically and mentally able to cope with summer camp life.
RESPONSIBILITIES
TRANSPORTATION, CAMPER APPLICATION, AND MEDICAL FORMS - are the sole responsibility of the Parents/Guardians and/or Sponsors.

- Transportation - To and from Copper Cannon Outdoor Education Center
- Camper Application Form - Must be completely filled out and signed by legal guardians.
- Camper Medical Form - Must be completely filled out and signed by legal guardian and signed by family physician.
- Application and Medical Form - Must be sent in together, in order for the child to be accepted into the Summer Program.
Automatic Eligibility Guidelines:
- A child in Foster Care
- A family on Welfare
- A family on the Food Stamp Program or AFDC Program
- A child that needs a social (short term) separation, from the home or other environments, for one reason or another. The decision on eligibility for this guideline is made solely by the Executive Director of the Center, after reviewing needs of child and family.
Nondiscrimination
All participants are treated the same, regardless of ability to pay. In the operation of child Feeding Programs and Copper Cannon Summer Program, NO participant will be DISCRIMINATED AGAINST because of race, sex, color, national origin, disability, or age.
