| 1:00pm to 1:50pm | Staff Meeting - Brief on incoming campers, changes in program for upcoming week and others. |
| 2:00pm to 4:00pm | Check-in, Cabin Assignment and Medical Check for arriving campers |
| 4:00pm to 4:30pm | Individual Cabin Time - Campers put away personal gear and set up their beds. Staff go over their own cabin rules. |
| 4:40pm to 5:10pm | Camp-wide Orientation - Staff report to the Dining Hall with their cabins. |
| 5:15pm to 5:40pm | Camp-wide Archery Range Orientation - The whole camp to the archery range for safety orientation. |
| 5:45pm | Cruisers' call to Dining Hall, camp to colors and wash-up for Dinner. |
| 6:00pm | DINNER - Note: ALL campers check with their own individual staff (free time or program) on what to do after Dinner, until the Opening Camp-wide Campfire. |
| 7:00pm to 7:30pm | Free Time - Staff instruct their individual cabins on what they can and cannot do during free time in playground and Rec. Lodge areas. |
| 7:30pm to 8:30pm | Opening Campfire - Line-up in front of Dining Hall by cabins, for the start of the opening campfire program. |
| 8:30pm to 9:15pm | Campers wash-up and schedule shower time. |
| 9:15pm | ALL CAMPERS IN THEIR CABINS and ready for bed. |
| 9:30pm | LIGHTS OUT! Bed and quiet time!!! |
